Off-white walls, greige Italian limestone floors, Calacatta marble counters, and dark-stained European white oak cabinetry account for nearly the entire color range of this Toluca Lake house by Lidan Sfadia. It’s a deliberately narrow palette, but the rooms avoid flatness through layers of texture, finish, and material.
