The Hôtel Costes‘s reputation precedes it. One of Paris’s most exclusive hospitality destinations, it opened in 1995 under Jean-Louis and Gilbert Costes, the impresario brothers who kicked off their careers with a legendary bar designed by a then-unknown Philippe Starck.
